Para ello te compartimos nuestra receta del mundialmente conocido “pisco sour”👇

⭐ Ingredientes:
2 oz. de pisco
1 oz. de jugo de limón
1 oz. de goma simple
1 cucharada de clara de huevo

⭐ Preparación en coctelera:
Primero las 2 onzas de pisco, después 1 onza de jugo de limón, 1 onza goma y 2 cucharadas de clara de huevo a continuación agrega los 4 cubos de hielo.
cierra la coctelera y agita fuerte durante 12 segundos
Sirve el contenido en la copa flauta en 3 tiempos para que la espuma suba a la parte superior de la copa. Si quieres puedes añadir 3 gotas de amargo de angostura sobre la espuma.
